Gatco Super Micro X Pull Through Knife Sharpener

How to use:

To sharpen, begin with the medium (brown) Sharpening rods.  Simply place the heel of the knife perpendicular to the work surface.  Carefully draw the knife blade along the rod in a "slicing" motion to tip of the blade. Repeat with the other side of the blade 10-15 times. To polish, turn over the Super Micro-X and use the fine ceramic rods (white) in the same way.
